1. INFORMATIONAL SERVICE
Indian Market Grid provides market news, company information, source-dated data, investor context and PDF publications for general informational and educational use. Nothing on IMG is investment, legal, accounting or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold a security or commodity.
2. ACCOUNTS
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices. Do not share protected content, access tokens or paid downloads with another person. We may suspend accounts used fraudulently or in breach of these terms.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS
IMG Premium at ₹99 and IMG Premium + 08 Brief at ₹199 are monthly web subscriptions processed by Razorpay. The ₹199 plan includes eligible website PDF access. Subscription status, renewal, cancellation and access dates are shown in your IMG profile.
4. ANDROID READER APP
The Android app is a consumption-only reader. It allows registered users and existing web subscribers to access eligible IMG content. It does not sell or link to the purchase of digital subscriptions inside the app.
5. DATA AND SOURCES
Market information may be delayed, source-dated, pending or unavailable. IMG identifies status and source timestamps where possible, but exchanges, issuers and publishers may correct or withdraw information. Never treat displayed information as executable or guaranteed live pricing.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
IMG branding, original summaries, layouts, analysis and reports are protected content. Canonical third-party sources retain their respective rights. You may use IMG for personal reading but may not reproduce, redistribute, resell or systematically extract its content without written permission.
7. LIMITATION
To the extent permitted by law, Indian Market Grid is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, market-data interruptions, third-party service failures or decisions made using the service.
