DELETE YOUR
IMG ACCOUNT.
REQUEST ACCOUNT AND ASSOCIATED DATA DELETION.
This public request route works even if you have uninstalled the Indian Market Grid Android app. You do not need to reinstall the app to begin deletion.
1. WHAT WILL BE DELETED
After account verification, Indian Market Grid will delete or irreversibly anonymise eligible account data associated with your IMG login. This includes optional profile details, email and notification preferences, active browser-push subscriptions, Android notification registrations, and account-linked service records that are not required to be retained.
2. HOW THE REQUEST WORKS
Submit the request using the registered IMG email address. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that the account belongs to you. We will acknowledge the request and normally complete eligible deletion within 30 days. We will explain any exceptional delay.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAID ACCESS
If the IMG account has an active recurring subscription, the deletion request will also ask support to stop future renewal before completing deletion. Paid access may end when account deletion is completed. You may also stop renewal immediately from IMG Profile.
4. DATA THAT MAY BE RETAINED
Limited transaction, invoice, subscription-audit, fraud-prevention, security and legal-compliance records may be retained only when reasonably required by law or for the stated purpose. Retained records are restricted and are not used for marketing. Payment credentials remain with the payment provider and are not stored by IMG.
5. DELETE SOME DATA WITHOUT DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT
You may request deletion of eligible profile or communication data while keeping the IMG account. Email a partial-data deletion request and clearly identify the data you want removed.
6. SEPARATE AUTHENTICATION ACCOUNT
Deleting an IMG account removes the Indian Market Grid account and associated IMG data. It does not delete a separate ChatGPT authentication account. Indian Market Grid never receives or stores your ChatGPT password.
