1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Indian Market Grid records the name and email supplied during secure sign-in, optional profile details that you choose to provide, saved mobile number, email and WhatsApp delivery preferences, subscription status, payment-provider references, report downloads and basic service-security logs. We also collect first-party usage analytics using random anonymous visitor and session identifiers: page paths, clicked links or controls, active reading time, device class, referrer and approximate country, region and city supplied by our hosting network. Analytics never records form entries, passwords or raw IP addresses. We do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the correct ₹99 or ₹199 access, deliver market communications through the channels you explicitly enable, make eligible PDF reports available, understand which IMG pages and features readers find useful, improve the website and app, prevent fraud, maintain service reliability and respond to support requests.

3. SERVICE PROVIDERS

Necessary information may be processed by hosting, authentication, email, WhatsApp messaging, analytics and payment providers acting for Indian Market Grid. Meta processes opted-in WhatsApp message delivery and delivery-status events. Razorpay processes web subscription payments. IMG mobile reader apps do not collect payment credentials or initiate an external payment flow.

4. RETENTION AND SECURITY

We retain account data only for operational and customer-support needs. Limited transaction, invoice, subscription-audit, fraud-prevention, security and legal-compliance records may be retained when reasonably required for those purposes. Access is restricted, protected downloads require a valid entitlement and mobile sessions are cryptographically signed and time limited.

5. YOUR CHOICES AND ACCOUNT DELETION

You may change email and WhatsApp preferences from your profile, reply STOP to an IMG WhatsApp update, cancel an active subscription, request deletion of eligible personal data, or request deletion of your complete IMG account and associated eligible data. Use the public Indian Market Grid account-deletion page to begin a request without reinstalling a mobile app.
