1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
Indian Market Grid records the name and email supplied during secure sign-in, optional profile details that you choose to provide, email-delivery preferences, subscription status, payment-provider references, report downloads and basic service-security logs. We do not store complete card, UPI or banking credentials.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use this information to authenticate your account, provide the correct ₹99 or ₹199 access, deliver opted-in market communications, make eligible PDF reports available, prevent fraud, maintain service reliability and respond to support requests.
3. SERVICE PROVIDERS
Necessary information may be processed by hosting, authentication, email, analytics and payment providers acting for Indian Market Grid. Razorpay processes web subscription payments. The Android reader app does not collect payment credentials or initiate an external payment flow.
4. RETENTION AND SECURITY
We retain account and transaction records only for operational, legal, taxation, fraud-prevention and customer-support purposes. Access is restricted, protected downloads require a valid entitlement and mobile sessions are cryptographically signed and time limited.
5. YOUR CHOICES
You may change email preferences from your profile, cancel an active subscription in accordance with its billing terms, or request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal information by writing to connect@indianmarketgrid.com.
