Non-resident investors added a net $18.8 billion to emerging-market debt and equities in July, ending two months of aggregate outflows, according to the Institute of International Finance. Debt attracted $26.7 billion while equities still lost $7.8 billion, albeit far less than June's $46.1 billion equity withdrawal.
